Guests visit the Berman Music Foundation museum (Photo by Rich Hoover)Butch Berman established the Berman Music Foundation in the spring of 1995 in order to protect and promote unique forms of jazz music during Butch's lifetime and into the future.

 

The foundation has established a museum located in Lincoln, Nebraska, that is developing a jazz music archives to serve as a valuable resource and education tool.

The foundation is a Nebraska non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service and the Nebraska Department of Revenue. Gifts to the foundation are tax deductible in accordance with IRS rules and regulations governing donations to charities.
