Butch
Berman established the Berman Music Foundation in the
spring of
1995 in order to protect and promote unique forms
of jazz music during Butch's lifetime and into
the future.
A collection of photographs,
books, instruments, recordings, scores, lead
sheets, solo transcriptions, and recorded
oral histories will all help to explain
jazz music and its musicians in a tangible
way.
